Feminine and Masculine
I’d like you to consider the chair or whatever it might be that you’re sitting on. Notice how comfortable you are, if you need to make any adjustments to feel more comfortable it’s your responsibility to do so. Now think about the process that occurred to get that piece of furniture under your bum supporting you. I wonder how it all began? Would the craftsperson have done a drawing to help him or her work out it’s dimensions? I wonder what would have happened even before that?
The truth is that everything you see and touch in your world began with a thought. Particularly when it comes to something like that chair. The process would have begun with the craftsperson having a desire to build a chair (or a directive from the company with a paycheck as the reward!) Perhaps an image came into their mind of how it might look, then in deciding where to go from there they would have had to utilise intuition to work out how you would feel when you sat on it, your comfort & physical support. Then they would take the necessary steps, utilising the information they’ve studied, the necessary materials & tools to hammer & nail, weld, sew, or whatever it needed.
The process that brought it into the form that you see now could be described as feminine & masculine. Well that’s how I’m going to describe it to hopefully help you understand how these energies are at play in your life.
Speaking in terms of “energy” when we are talking about humans is becoming more & more widely recognised. In fact when it comes to the way the human body functions, the brain, the central nervous & endocrine systems, heart beat, blood flow, etc. are all operating with “electro magnetic impulses” or Bioelectromagnetism (say that 3 times real fast!) I have included some facts below if you’re keen to understand more.
Bioelectromagnetism (sometimes equated with bioelectricity) refers to the electrical, magnetic or electromagnetic fields produced by living cells, tissues or organisms.

Ever thought about what it means to “put thought into it”? Your thoughts kick start a process that requires energy to build eventually ending up in your hands as you take the necessary actions to bring together what you were thinking about. Your thoughts have energy. They have life. They have value before you can even start to see the end results. We have become so accustomed to only valuing that which we can see and touch. The process that goes on internally, including thoughts, visualisations, feelings etc. is your feminine energy. It is here where we conceive our ideas, we nurture them with energy, we feed them with visualisations and intuitions about how it’s going to be when it’s finished. Once we lock our energy into the firm faith in that end result your body kicks into action and takes the steps to make it solid & tangible, once the physical process begins you are tapping into your masculine energy.
Feminine is an internal, creative, intuitive, empathic energy & masculine is an external, physical, logical, doing energy. It is in striking a perfect balance between the 2 that we can enjoy a balanced life. If you are caught up in too much doing, or masculine energy, you often get tired, sick or even injure yourself. Your body (physical/masculine) will break down in whatever way it needs to in order to ensure you slow down, or even stop, and look after yourself (nurturing/feminine). If you are caught up in too much feminine energy then nothing get’s done, it can often result in negative thinking, or even anxiety as the energy spins back in on itself because your body needs to take action!
Try this just for fun: Next time you have something you need to get done that you really don’t “feel like” doing, like a task at work, tidying something up, housework etc. Rather than looking at it as it is in that moment, with the task stretched out before you, take a minute to imagine how it’s going to look when it’s finished. Close your eyes if you need to. Picture it done. Feel the feelings you would feel once it’s done, stay with the feelings and intensify them as much as you can. Then begin your action. If at any time the details of what you’ve done & still need to do start to plague you stop & repeat the process. I guarantee you will get it done in half the time, with energy to spare, because you are balanced in your approach, your energies are aligned and you will get to experience how your feminine & masculine energies work when they’re co-operating.
Now imagine if men & women could work together in the same way. But that’s another blog for another day…
Hey fee maybe you should of asked my dad about the chair lol .. Great way of thinking but still hurt when I have to clean no matter what Laylajay is out of control messy
