Widely accepted by science now is the fact that our thoughts, the quality of our thoughts, and the way we think has a very large impact on what we experience.
I am passionate about teaching kids mindfulness and how to meditate, because among it’s many benefits it is a very powerful way to help them have a sense of ownership over their experience, especially their thoughts & feelings. I believe in encouraging and holding the space for kids to think for themselves. Being a parent myself and volunteer Primary Ethics teacher to various aged kids has given me lots of experience working with groups, which has helped me when it comes to my kids meditation workshops & classes.
